Shipping

Each Studio Dénoue piece is handmade to order, and will be produced and shipped to you approximately 1-3 weeks after you place your order. Rush shipping is available at an extra cost, contact us at studiodenoue@gmail.com for more information.

Orders are shipped from Belgium, via bpost, PostNL, DPD, or DHL (depending on your location). Free shipping is automatically triggered with a minimum order amount (see below for more info). If your country is not listed below, please email us for a shipping estimate.

€100: France, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Monaco

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so that you can keep track of when your order will arrive to you.

Our workspace is located in Sint Amandsberg (9040), Belgium. If you’re in the area, you can choose “local pick-up” instead of shipping at Checkout; we will be in touch via email to let you know when your order is ready and directions to our location.

Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros and include 21% VAT for applicable locations. Shipping is not included in the displayed price; it is calculated separately during the check-out process. Payment can be made with the following methods: Bancontact, KBC Payment, Belfius Direct, iDEAL, PayPal, and credit card. Payments are made securely using Mollie. You can also find our official store on Etsy; all of the products and prices are the same as this webshop.
