Studio Dénoue accessories are made in Belgium, using European materials. All materials used are OEKO-TEX® certified; meaning they were manufactured without the use of harmful chemicals. Metal pieces are nickel-free. Each accessory is crafted with care and attention by Kirstin herself.
Lore can be worn as a cuff, choker, or thigh garter. See the Neck Size Chart and Thigh Size Chart included in the photos for guidance based on your neck/thigh measurement, or here’s our general sizing advice:
- Small: perfect for wrists of all sizes
- Medium: works well as a choker for most people, or thigh garters for smaller-sized thighs (think: XS/S/M)
- Large: works well as a thigh garter for most people (S/M/L/XL), or a choker for larger-sized necks
- XL: works well as a thigh garter for larger-sized thighs (XL/2XL)
Do you want to wear Lore around your neck? Take a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your neck, so that the tape is snug but not cutting into your skin. If you are on the cusp, choose the larger size. For chokers, we suggest wearing Lore snug but not stretched, for maximum comfort. See the Neck Size Chart in the photos to pick the best size for you.
Do you want to wear Lore around your thigh? Take a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your thigh (according to where you’d like to wear the garter; we suggest just above mid-thigh) so that it is snug but not cutting into your skin. If you are on the cusp, choose the smaller size. As a thigh garter, Lore can grip you a bit more tightly; the wide elastic used to make Lore is comfortably stretchy. Tips for wearing Lore: Loosen both sides and clasp it around your neck, wrist, or thigh (gold versions have a two-sided clasp, silver versions have a hook). Tighten the straps according your preferred fit.
